All of Neighborhood Development Alliance's counseling services are free-of-charge. We receive funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, and other governmental and philanthropic sources. NeDA's Advisers are cross-certified and trained through various national and state programs, including the Minnesota Home Ownership Center.
